After a busy weekend, who makes our Gallagher Premiership Team of the Week? Unsurprisingly, Gloucester and Northampton stars headline our selection…
Fullback: Mike Brown (Harlequins) –England full-back Brown moved within two of club record try-scorer Ugo Monye after touching down against Worcester. However, his afternoon was not without its blemishes as he was sin-binned in the second half for failing to release Worcester’s Josh Adams in the tackle.
Winger: Joe Cokanasiga (Bath Rugby) – The 21-year-old showed exactly why Eddie Jones rates him so highly. The powerhouse finished off a wonderful try and was impossible for the Falcons to stop throughout, making 85 metres from 13 carries. On the opposite wing, Semesa Rokoduguni also impressed.
