George Hendy’s quickfire double in the second half ultimately secured the title for Northampton, but it was Pollock’s all-action display that had supporters talking.
The England and British & Irish Lions star topped the carry charts, dominated the breakdown and once again showed why he is regarded as one of rugby’s brightest young talents.
Fans flooded social media with praise after the final whistle.
“Henry Pollock is the player of the match. Generational,” wrote one supporter.
Another added: “Henry Pollock is something else.”
A third fan posted: “What a season and a year for Henry Pollock, getting his first Lions call-up and first England start, and a Prem win to top it off.”
