England face an injury crisis on the wing after Jonny May was ruled out of the game against Argentina after suffering a hamstring injury in training on Tuesday.
Head coach Eddie Jones, who was already without Elliot Daly and Jack Nowell, now only has Anthony Watson, Denny Solomona and Semesa Rokoduguni fit and available to start on the wing.
It’s yet to be reported if the Aussie will bring in a replacement, but fans have already taken to social media to suggest Wasps Christian Wade or Exeter Chiefs Olly Woodburn as potential call-ups.
England are currently on training camp in southern Portugal ahead of games against Argentina, Australia and Samoa.
However, of the 33-man squad on the trip, 14 were today unable to train due to injuries, leaving England struggling for solutions beyond calling up yet more players to the squad.

The most serious injury involved Harlequins’ young fly-half, Marcus Smith, who will fly home on Thursday for further assessment.
The 18-year-old was only in the 33-man squad as a designated ‘apprentice,’ and not under consideration for selection for the Old Mutual Wealth series of tests.
