Wales head coach Warren Gatland has admitted that star centre Jonathan Davies’ ankle injury “doesn’t look brilliant”.
Lions Man of the Series Davies was hurt in the final play of Wales’ 29-21 defeat to Australia at the Principality Stadium and left the field sitting on a stretcher buggy.
Coach Gatland said: “It’s an ankle injury.
“He has been strapped up and he’s on a crutches.
“It doesn’t look brilliant. We will more in the next 24 hours.”
