Disgraced Wallabies star Israel Folau was reportedly ‘bombarded with gay pornography’ after joining his team’s WhatsApp group, according to one rugby league coach.
It’s alleged fellow Aussie James Maloney – formerly of the Sydney Roosters – gave Folau an interesting introduction.
“Jimmy Maloney, God love him, couldn’t help himself and started bombarding him with gay pornography” journalist Andrew Webster claimed on the Morning Glory with Matty Johns podcast on SEN 1170 Radio this week.
In 2019, ‘devout Christian’ Folau posted a meme on Instagram saying “hell awaits” groups including homosexuals, thieves and adulterers, which led to him being infamously fired by the ARU.
That same year, rugby star Joe Marler responded to the news by posting photos of guys kissing and tagging Folau.
