Jack Nowell turns down Saracens move, confirms where he will be playing next season

Jack Nowell’s venture in France is poised to continue for several more years, as the Cornishman recently committed to extending his contract with La Rochelle until 2027.

The 30-year-old, who made the transition across the English Channel at the beginning of this season, concluded a remarkable 12-year tenure with Exeter Chiefs.

Amidst the notable departures from Sandy Park last summer, Nowell and his family have seamlessly adapted to their new environment, both on and off the pitch.

Despite preliminary discussions with Saracens, as disclosed by RUCK last month, Nowell appears set to remain with La Rochelle, as reported by The Rugby Paper.

Saracens eye five new signings:

#1. Jonny May & Joe Cokanasiga

The champions of London’s Premiership are currently in initial talks with England wingers Jonny May, and Joe Cokanasiga regarding a potential transfer to the capital once the season concludes.

Saracens are actively exploring options for their back three for the upcoming season, considering the departures of experienced Scotland and Lions tourist Sean Maitland, as well as Alex Lewington and Ben Harris from the club.

May well and truly announced himself on the international stage with an extraordinary maiden Test try against New Zealand in November 2014.
