Marcus Smith was one of the three players chosen by Harlequins to model their new home shirt ahead of the 2022/23 season.
It’s fairly noticeable that the England fly-halves arms do not fill the new shirt with his Quins teammate Joe Marler quick to let him know on Instagram.
“Skip arm day did you Marcus Smith.” commented Marler.
Smith hit back, saying: “It’s an XL shirt mate, they had to pin it at the back. Thank you.”
Should’ve pinned the sleeves too in that case.
The youngster was very polite about it all with that thank you at the end. He clearly understands how to handle a wild Marler.
