Jonny Gray returns to Scotland star after overcoming ‘medical issue’

Scotland have added Jonny Gray to their squad in Spain ahead of their Six Nations opener against England on Saturday.

Gray, a lock from Exeter, missed last week’s training camp due to a medical issue but has since played and scored for the Chiefs in the Premiership.

He will battle with Gilchrist, Skinner (both Edinburgh), Henderson (Leicester), and his brother Richie (Glasgow Warriors) for a spot in the second row at Twickenham.

Edinburgh’s Jamie Hodgson was brought in as temporary cover.
