Bristol Bears prop Kyle Sinckler will likely depart Ashton Gate when his contract expires at the end of the 2022/23 Gallagher Premiership season.
England’s premier tighthead is already attracting numerous clubs with Leicester Tigers eyeing Sinckler as a replacement for Dan Cole, who is rumoured to be retiring at the end of the season.
RUCK sources suggest Steve Borthwick has identified the 29-year-old as a top target. His current deal is reported to be worth in the region of £500,000 a year.
Sinckler’s former club Harlequins, Saracens and Sale Sharks are also tracking his contractual situation.
The powerhouse represented the Lions for the second successive tour after being called up to Warren Gatland’s squad for the 2021 tour of South Africa.
Sinckler, who joined from Harlequins, has 45 caps for England and is one of World Rugby’s leading stars.

4 England stars who’ve transformed their bodies over the summer
There has been no off season for these rugby stars as they look to get themselves in the best possible shape ahead of the 2022/23 season.
#1. Kyle Sinckler
The powerhouse missed England’s summer tour of Australia as he continues to recover from a back injury, but has not spent the summer with his feet up.
As well as putting himself through brutal beech workouts, Sinckler has also been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
The prop looks significantly leaner but still has the power required to be one of the best tighthead’s in the world.
