Hands up if you can touch your toes 🙋🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️🥋. So, after knee surgery’s, fibula fracture, multiple stress fractures annddd low back pain keeping up and setting aside flexibility/ mobility training weekly is so important for injury prevention AND decrease in pain perception 🙌🏼😛. #flexibility #mobility (p.s a stretch doesn’t change muscle lengths it actually acts on the connective tissue… FASCIA!)
