George North has been a trailblazer since exploding onto the Test scene as an 18-year-old powerhouse in 2010.

Now, aged 28 and 320 days, North will add another remarkable note to rugby’s history books by winning his 100th Welsh cap against England.

George North facts:

1. Birthplace & early life

North was born in 1992 in King’s Lynn. His father is English from Yorkshire and his Welsh mother is from Anglesey. The family moved to Anglesey when he was aged two and he is a fluent Welsh language speaker.
