I get asked for programs a lot so I thought I’d take some time and share a power/speed session I did today thanks to @nicgill_health_and_performance 1st block 3×4 explosive quarter squats 150kg 3×4 squats jumps 50kg 3×4 ladder into box jumps 2nd block 3×5 hip thrust 120kg 3×4 broad jump 3rd block (usually a push movement but I’m injured) 3×4 whatever I’m doing in video lol 3×4 med ball side throw Straight onto field 1st block Contrast sprints 20m sled acceleration (15% body weight) Walk 30m into 30m sprint x6 2nd block Deceleration and backwards sprints 4x15m sprint with 3m break zone to stop in 1/4 squat 10m backwards 3rd block 6x30m off the ground Give it a crack and let me know how you go ✊🏽✊🏽 Love and blessings fam ❤️
