“Oh dear” – England release new home shirt – and fans hate it

England fans have been reacting to the new home kit for the 2022/23 season released by Umbro. It won’t be the shirt Eddie Jones’ men use for the 2023 Rugby World Cup thankfully.

“Awful,” wrote one fan.

Another added: “It’s a big No from me. Good job it’ll get changed in a year,”

“Oh dear, that’s not very nice, I’ll carry on wearing my Cotton Traders version,” commented a third.

Supporters were also upset at the price of the new shirt, which starts at £75.

One fan wrote: “For £75 I’d expect you to pay my electricity bill too. That’s an obscene amount of money for a shirt that’ll be changed again next year.”

Another added: “£75 – no wonder you offer free shipping!”
