These five England hopefuls did their chances no favours with poor performances during the third round of the Gallagher Premiership.

#1. Jonny May (Gloucester)

With his position in the England team under serious threat due to the form of Adam Radwan, it was a rather average performance for the flyer against Worcester Warriors. May was starved of possession in attack and struggled to be dominant in the aerial battles. It’s been the same old story since he returned to Kingsholm.
