BBC Radio Leicester has reported that Argentina hooker Julian Montoya has joined Leicester Tigers ahead of schedule, and is now in the UK.
The Argentina international was set to join for the 2021-22 season, but has decided to not join Australian side Western Force has gone straight to Leicester.
Montoya, 27, was Argentina’s World Cup hooker in 2019 and has won 59 caps for his country.
