England’s Wayne Barnes will referee the Rugby World Cup final between New Zealand and South Africa at Stade de France on Saturday.
At the age of 44, Barnes is set to etch his name in the annals of rugby history as only the second Englishman to lead a Rugby World Cup final, following in the esteemed footsteps of Ed Morrison, who took the helm in 1995.
Assisting Barnes in this epic encounter, we have the dynamic duo of Karl Dickson and Matthew Carley, poised to be the assistant referees.
