"Got personal" - Peter O'Mahony and Kyle Sinckler set to renew fierce rivalry

Earlier this year, Peter O'Mahony added another Six Nations winners' medal to his collection and proudly roamed around Aviva Stadium, his daughter atop his shoulders, following a resounding 29-16 victory over England.

Post-game, amid Ireland's revelry for their championship, Triple Crown, and Six Nations triumph, ITV's cameras captured O'Mahony engaging in a heated exchange with England forward Kyle Sinckler.

In the fleeting camera pan, O'Mahony appeared to be attempting to calm the prop down before escalating the discussion.

As a British & Irish Lions teammate of Kyle Sinckler during the 2017 tour to New Zealand, O'Mahony, who captained the Lions in the First Test against the All Blacks, found himself at odds with Sinckler two years later in Dublin.

During England's dominant performance against Ireland, the pair exchanged words on the sideline following a Sinckler shove.

The exchange between them suggests that their rivalry hasn't been resolved, and it's quite possible that the pair could engage in another confrontation next year.

The series commenced with assessments in men's and women's football, followed by men's cricket. The subsequent focus shifted to men's rugby.

To qualify for the top 30, players must currently be engaged in domestic competitions in Britain.
