Wales winger Josh Adams was awarded the man of the match prior to Ange Capuozzo setting up Italy's last-minute winning try.
After the game, Adams went over and insisted that the 22-year-old emotional Italian took the medal in a clip that has since gone viral on social media.

“Embarrassing” – Three of the biggest 2022 Six Nations flops
#1. Finn Russell (Scotland)
Russell can take heart if consistency really is the hallmark of the unimaginative. The Scotland fly-half is a man who, on a good day, can turn a game with a heavenly flash of inspiration. But there are other afternoons when entire matches seem to pass him by and that pretty much sums up his Six Nations.
#2. Charlie Ewels (England)
First significant impact he managed to make in international rugby was being sent off after 82 seconds. Less than ideal.
#3. Louis Rees-Zammit (Wales)
Big come down from last year as he continues to suffer a Lions tour hangover. No doubt it’s a bump in the road for Rees-Zammit, whose try against Northampton Saints on the weekend at the very least shows the setback hasn’t dampened his attacking flair.
