Jasper Wiese will appear before an independent disciplinary panel tonight (Wednesday, December 29).
The Leicester Tigers back-rower received his third yellow card of the 21/22 Gallagher Premiership season during Boxing Day's away win at Ashton Gate against Bristol Bears, contrary to RFU Regulation 19.
Wiese accepts that he has received three yellow cards this season.
The case will be heard by the independent disciplinary panel comprising Charles Cuthbert(chair) with John Greenwood and Ollie Clark.
