South-African born France international Scott Spedding has found a new club in the Top 14.
The full-back was released by Clermont this season and has taken the French league to court over eligibility rules which made him an unfavourable signing.
This reportedly had him looking at a move to the English Premiership with Northampton Saints and Sale Sharks both interested.
However, the 32-year-old, who has played 23 times for France at fullback, has now joined Castres.
