PHIL DOWSON

What they Said: Given his debut at 30 and about five years too late the Northampton man had a solid game at the base of the scrum. Carried the ball superbly in a good debut.
Where is he now? On 20 February 2017, Dowson announces his retirement from professional competition at the end of the season, where he will rejoin with his old club Northampton Saints as an assistant coach. He also coached the England XV that faced the Barbarians in June 2019.
BEN MORGAN

Where is he now? The England international number eight moved to Kingsholm from the Scarlets in the summer of 2012 and has gone on to become a crucial part of the first team, closing in on 150 competitive appearances. He recently extended his contract with Gloucester.
OWEN FARRELL

What they said: Missed with his first kick at goal but nailed his second one to open his Test account. Not a day for chucking it around so he got his head down and grafted.
Where is he now? His maiden try came against Australia on 2 November 2013. Farrell deputised for captain Dylan Hartley in 2017 and 2018 before being confirmed as captain for the Guinness Six Nations in 2019 and led England to the Rugby World Cup final in Japan later that year.

He eventually signed for the Melbourne Rebels' 2018 Super Rugby season. In November 2018, Parling moved from the Rebels locker room into the coaches ball pen when he was appointed Lineout Coach of the club.
