Here, WIll Greenwood picks out five uncapped players who could be considered for selection. If you think someone else deserves national recognition, use the comments section at the bottom of the page.

#1. Luke Northmore (Harlequins)

Greenwood wrote: "Luke at 24 has bags of potential. Barrel chested, very quick, tough defender, cracking engine, I have really enjoyed watching this lad play. The plaudits have been given to Marcus Smith, Danny Care and Alex Dombrandt but Northmore should get more airtime."

#2. Miles Reid (Bath RFC)

Greenwood wrote: " Goes hard at the ball on the floor, a cracking chop tackler. Handles well. Tough streak to him too. Like the balance of this back row with Reid playing the Richard Hill role, getting the job done."

#3. Ollie Hassell-Collins (London Irish)

Greenwood wrote: "Hassell-Collins reminds me of Josh Adams. He is a player that really grows on you. Can win you a gain line with power but has pace to tear around you on the outside. Ollie makes mistakes but races back into action, springs off the floor, to fix it. Against some top-class wingers in the Premiership, I really feel this lad can mix it physically and mentally."

#4. Tom West (Wasps)

Greenwood wrote: "David Flatman tells me he is THE man at loosehead scrummaging. That does for me to add to what I thought I have been seeing every week. Causes damage at set-piece time. Muscular, angular carrier of the ball. Does his defensive shift."

#5. Ollie Sleightholme (Northampton Saints)

Greenwood wrote: "Ollie looks like a lethal finisher. Ferociously quick, a proper sprinter. And he has an angry looking streak as well, which I love."
