Club president Mourad Boudjellal has confirmed that Springbok lock Eben Etzebeth.
Etzebeth, who already has 75 Springbok caps to his name, despite still being only 27, has signed a two-year-deal.
Meanwhile, All Blacks winger Nehe Milner-Skudder, who scored in the 2015 World Cup final, has agreed a three-year contract.
According to Toulon’s official website, Etzebeth will join the French club at the end of the World Cup in Japan next year, while Milner-Skudder will join in June 2019 (prior to the World Cup).
Meanwhile, Argentine loose forward Facundo Isa and France fly-half Anthony Belleau have extended their deals at the Top 14 heavyweights until 2022.
