Johan Ackermann will join the English Premiership club this week, having ended his tenure at the Lions after the weekend’s 25-17 Super Rugby final loss to the Crusaders.
According to Afrikaans Sunday newspaper,
Rapport, Ackermann junior has accepted a “competitive” offer from Gloucester and he will join them ahead of the 2017/18 European season.

Gloucestershire Live, last week reported that Gloucester were looking to add additions to their squad, with Ruan mentioned.
Gloucester currently have a squad of 37 senior players with CEO Stephen Vaughan saying they would be looking to finish with “around 40 to low 40s.”
