Wales legend Adam Jones has emerged as new Ospreys boss Tony Booth's number one target as he looks to recruit a formidable backroom staff.
The 100-cap Lions and Wales legend, who was renowned as one of the games finest ever scrummagers, has made an almost seamless transition to coaching.
According to The Rugby Paper, Quins are reluctant to lose the 39-year-old and are playing 'hardball' over what figure it would take for them to release him.
The popular Welshman is one of the most recognisable front row forwards in the game and was awarded the first of his 95 Welsh caps in 2003, against England.
