Former Toronto Director of Rugby Brian Noble confirms that the club approached Engand head coach coach Eddie Jones about joining them.

Sky Sports' live coverage of Toronto's trip to Leeds Rhinos on Thursday evening, former Wolfpack director of rugby Noble confirmed the rumours linking the club with an approach for Jones to serve in a global promotional role.
"There is a bit of truth behind that, absolutely," Noble told Sky Sports
"We talk about eyeballs as well and there is an algorithm the club the ownership group use to say 'what kind of eyeballs can we get on the game in terms of the game and Toronto?'
"Eddie Jones, at the time of the World Cup, would be high on that and to have an ambassadorial role promoting the club across the world wouldn't be a bad thing.
"Eddie Jones being associated in the game in relation to noise in the media is not a bad thing. So yeah, there is absolutely some truth in that."

That title belongs to Benji Marshalll – who managed to make enemies from the time that he signed with the Blues and he was nothing short of an embarrassment during his very brief stint in Super Rugby.
5. Israel Folau – Rugby League to AFL
Israel Folau joined Karmichael Hunt in the AFL after being offered a massive deal with the Greater Western Sydney Giants and despite his natural athleticism Izzy was never able to make it in the AFL.
Thankfully, his third code swap was far more successful and he has developed into a key member of the Wallabies side, but anybody that watched his kicking during the his time with the Wallabies would question how anybody ever thought he could make it in the AFL.
