Many were reporting Tongan lock Steve Mafi’s return to Aviva Premiership side Leicester Tigers was a done deal but according to fresh reports that isn't the case.

The Rugby Paper are reporting 28-year-old Mafi, is wanted by Stade Francais and his current side Castres who are keen to hand him a new deal.

Tigers are looking to replace Dom Barrow who is joining Northampton Saints next season and left the club with immediate effect.

Jordie Barrett over Damian de Allende is far from being correct. The hype around Dupont is also overreaching, he's probably 4th in the world and has been since the 2023 WC. He also avoids certain matchups which is strange. The rest of the list is pretty good apart from minor subjective biases.
