Gloucester hooker Motu Matu’u will not face any punishment for his nasty looking tackle on Exeter Chiefs fly-half Gareth Steenson.
The incident was looked at by the citing commissioner as part of the usual review of the game but no disciplinary action will be taken.
Matu’u charged towards the Steenson with their heads colliding, dividing opinion among fans over whether the Samoan should have been yellow carded or subsequently charged.
