With Wasps set for more spending cuts next season, two second rows look set to depart this summer for the Top 14.

Former Quins second row Charlie Matthews is reported to be considering offers to move to an undisclosed Top 14 side as he the 28-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season.

French lock Thibaud Flament has been offered a deal worth £95,000 a season at Toulouse reports The Rugby Paper.

The good news for Wasps is England international Joe Launchbury recently signed a new extended deal at the Coventry-based club.
