It has been suggested that cross-code winger Josh Charnley is ready to give up on union and will leave Sale Sharks to return to Super League in time for the new season.
He joined Sale in 2016 after playing 152 times for Wigan, scoring 148 tries and kicking 94 goals since making his first-team debut in 2010.
The 26-year-old has only managed to score three tries in 18 outings for Sharks and has genuinely been outshone by Denny Solomona since he arrived at the AJ Bell Stadium
The speedster, according to The Rugby Paper, has been attracting the interest of his former club Wigan Warriors as well as Warrington Wolves.
