The Scotland and Edinburgh back, initially eyed by Toulon for the upcoming season, has become a prime acquisition for Toulouse following Melvyn Jaminet’s unexpected mid-season transfer and Romain Ntamack’s injury woes.

As per the report, Kinghorn is poised to complete the current season with Toulouse and is anticipated to ink a substantial long-term deal with the prestigious Top 14 club.

Kinghorn then made history in 2019 when he scored Scotland’s first Six Nations hat-trick since 1989 in the 33-20 victory over Italy. Kinghorn signed a contract extension keeping him in the capital until at least 2021.

The fullback’s impressive form continued in 2019-20 where he continued to make his mark in European competition.

Kinghorn crossed the whitewash at home against Bordeaux-Bègles and Wasps, making him the club’s top try scorer of all time in Challenge Cup competition.

The rangy full-back penned a new deal with the club in January 2021, taking him beyond his fifth season in the Scottish capital.

#1. Ryan Wilson

The Scotland back-rower was the instigator in some tunnel argy-bargy when the players returned to the changing rooms after the warm-up back in 2018 with Farrell at the centre.

Footage of the incident shows all hell breaking loose when Farrell barged his way past a number of Scotland players to confront Wilson, who had been attempting to get inside the head of George Ford.

Wilson later revealed he was banned from Twickenham following the incident.

“I remember that game, I was actually injured and after tunnel-gate, after everything that happened in the tunnel against England, I’d lined up a corporate gig at Twickenham,” he recalled to Rugby Pass in November.

“Had it all lined up, a little bit of cash, all excited, only to get a message back saying the RFU have banned you from Twickenham Stadium after everything that happened the year before.
