Montpellier have signed Elliott Stooke, an English second row player, as a temporary replacement for Florian Verhaeghe, who is expected to return in April.
Stooke, who is 29 years old and stands at 1.98 meters and weighs 122 kilograms, previously played for Bristol, Wasps, Bath, and Gloucester.
The club confirmed he will be available to play against Racing 92 on Sunday night.
