1. Ditch the “Ludicrous” Foreign Policy
Woodward declared: “As the man in charge of the national team, you simply have to be able to pick the best players who qualify for England.” Why should top talents be off-limits because they play abroad? He wants the best of the best, wherever they ply their trade.
