Sir Ian McGeechan has named his three British & Irish Lions bolters when handing out his awards for the 2021 Six Nations.

McGeechan said: “I think Beirne has had an excellent Six Nations for Ireland and I think he’s benefited greatly from having Paul O’Connell on the coaching staff.”
