Who can still win the Six Nations?

1. If Eddie Jones' men beat Scotland on Saturday they will retain the title.

2. Victory for Scotland could send them top of the table with a game to play.

3. If France beat Italy and England lose, mathematically five teams would still be in with a shout.

4. In the final round, England play Ireland in Dublin and Scotland tackle Italy in Rome. France host Wales in Paris.
