3. Olly Woodburn (Exeter Chiefs) 

France legend Philippe Saint-Andre is one of many that has insisted the England hierarchy pick the Chiefs winger. A key figure in last season’s title win, Woodburn has started the current campaign equally impressively, with his try-scoring, defensive work and ability under the high ball. Hopefully will be part of a squad at least in 2018.


4. Michael Rhodes (Saracens)

The South African born Saracens flanker has already revealed he wants to be part of England’s bid for World Cup glory in 2019. The 6ft 6ins flanker, who joined the club from the Cape Town-based Stormers, is one of the most effective forwards in European rugby and will be eligible to represent England very soon. He could very well make a late bid to be part of Eddie Jones squad for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
