Stuart Hogg cuts the muscle to get his speed back

Exeter and Scotland fullback Stuart Hogg has spent the summer getting lean as he looks to ‘get his speed back’ ahead of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

Sinckler, who joined from Harlequins, has 45 caps for England and is one of World Rugby’s leading stars.
