The winners of RUCK’s inaugural team of the month are Claverdon RFC following their memorable 2021/22 season.
They recorded 20 wins from 20 games to claim the Midlands Four West (South) crown without defeat.
It’s fair to say Lions head coach Lewis Clarke, who has ambitions to coach professionally, put together a formidable side that could bully teams all over the field.
Their special season was tributed to their much-loved 10-year long president Basil Sayer, who sadly passed away earlier this year.
