This Gareth Anscombe injury looked serious after an attempted tackle on the Wallabies Michael Hooker went badly wrong.
The Wales number 10 did manage to walk off the pitch, though he did look in serious pain as he took oxygen on board.
Fans were initially worried as a number of medics attended the Ospreys man.
