#1. Sam Simmonds for Sam Underhill

After an uninspiring opening 40, an awkward collision late in the first half saw Underhill replaced at halftime by Alex Dombrandt. The Harlequins number 8 didn’t really take his chance to impress, meaning we think Simmonds should get his shot at the base of the scrum with Tom Curry swapping to the openside.

While the game was going on at Twickenham, Simmonds made more metres than Underhill and Dombrandt combined as a second half replacement for Exeter against Newcastle Falcons.
