Three uncapped England call-ups who are sons of rugby legends

England face the USA at Twickenham on 4 July before hosting Canada six days later after the original plan to tour North America was abandoned because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Among the uncapped players are three players with Dads who know all about international rugby.

Comes from rich stock with dad Phil a former England skipper who was capped 38 times by his country while godfather Jon Callard was a prodigious goal-kicker for the Red Rose and Bath, having learned his trade in Newport after being a pupil at Bassaleg.

Tom has already earned caps at under-17 and 18 levels, and made his first start for Bath United in their 15-7 win at Gloucester United last April.

The speedster has already tipped by England's most capped fullback Mike Brown to be the next man to nail down the No.15 shirt.

The surname Umaga carries a lot of weight in rugby. Mike Umaga won 13 caps for Samoa, while Tana is one of the All Blacks’ most respected captains. And it appears the name could live on with Jacob, son of Mike and nephew of Tana, who is seen as one for the future for England after first being called up for the Autumn Nations Cup.

Ojomoh is a young man who has deep-rooted connections with Bath Rugby; connections that are clear to see in just how proud he is to wear the shirt and represent the City of Bath.

He is very driven to forge his own path as a player in the Blue, Black and White and to develop his own reputation - with Dad Steve looking on in the years ahead.

Ojomoh earned a starting place in the England U20s this year, playing at inside centre in the Red Rose of England.
