The Scarlets have won the battle for the prized signature of Liam Williams, according to Wales Online.
Wales’ full-back is out of contract with Saracens at the end of the season and has opted to return to the region he left in 2017 for a move to London.
It is understood a deal has been completed and there is no going back, scuppering the hopes of a number of Top 14 clubs, including Toulon, who had wanted to entice the 65-cap full-back their way.
The e Lions Test man Williams will command an impressive annual salary of £400,000 or thereabouts.
