Leicester Tigers have held talks with Argentina international second row Matias Alemanno, according to Neil Fissler in The Rugby Paper.
The report suggests Tigers’ head of recruitment Jan McGinty has travelled out to South America to talk to the 28-year-old, who is in the final year of his current contract with Super Rugby side the Jaguares.
Alemanno has 61 caps for the Pumas and was part of his countries squad at the Rugby World Cup.
Tigers turned to Argentina for some forward power last summer, bringing in fellow international Tomás Lavanini from the Jaguares.
