There have been rumours for what seems like months now that Dom Barrow is leaving Leicester Tigers, but there has been another development in the last 24 hours.
Linked with a move back to Newcastle or to Sale Sharks earlier this season, Northampton Saints are now the favourites to sign the 24-year-old.
Barrow also reportedly had a training ground altercation with club captain Tom Youngs earlier in the season and the relationship maintains fractured between the pair.
Rugby Inside Line tweeted last night that they: “Have been told by a source that he has left the club with immediate effect.”

Barrow is a former England U20 representative, who was part of the Junior World Championship-winning side of 2013, playing alongside the likes of Anthony Watson, Henry Slade and Luke Cowan-Dickie.
He followed up success at the competition with a move to Newcastle Falcons from Yorkshire Carnegie, where he impressed for two seasons and earned a move south to Leicester.
