It’s been suggested that the Skudder and Whitelock deals are done with Etzebeth’s move to Stade Mayol not yet concluded but highly likely to go through.
They’ve already added Saracens and France hooker Christopher Tolofua for next season and seem keen to get their business done early after a torrid start to the season, which sees them sitting second from bottom.
Toulon has also lost both their Champions Cup matches, against Edinburgh and Newcastle.
