Transfer Rumours: Three Worcester stars expected to depart next summer

Relegation favourites Worcester Warriors have lost three straight games in the Gallagher Premiership and to add insult to injury it’s now being reported that three stars could depart the club this summer.

Currently bottom of the pile and 4/7 to go down, Ben Te’o, Bryce Heem and Josh Adams, who are all in the final year of their contracts, will likely depart according to a report from The Rugby Paper on Sunday.

Wales international Adams, who made his debut during the 2018 Six Nations, will have to move to one of the Welsh regions to continue his test career, making the chances of him signing on at Sixways very slim.

Meanwhile, Te’o has attracted a lot of interest in the last year from Premiership rivals and across the channel. Bath are long-term admirers of the England centre but with Wales legend Jamie Roberts arriving at the rec in the summer on at least a two-year deal it’s not clear whether they’d renew their interest.

And finally, utility back Heem, who has been at Sixways since 2015, will likely head across the channel as he reportedly has a number of lucrative offers on the table.
