French international centre Gaël Fickou is reportedly on his way to Racing 92 at the end of his current contract, which runs out in 2019.
Toulouse are set to be very short of options in the centre with Yann David off to Castres and Florian Fritz retiring.
They are being linked with Pita Ahki from Connacht and rugby league convert Kyle Eastmond from Wasps.
A natural footballer and distributing centre, Eastmond has dazzling feet and an explosive running game, with an ability to unlock defences while playing flat to the gain-line.
