Twickenham to install hay bales seating for Bath match

Bath Rugby have announced they are applying to the RFU to install hay bale seating and tractor parking at Twickenham stadium for their huge game against Bristol Bears on April 6 – the Clash

The Blue, Black and Whites will be looking to revenge their opening day 17-10 defeat to Bristol Bears with plenty expected to be at stake in April.

They have requested rows of hay bales replace seats in one section of the lower tier and allocated tractor parking outside, in a tongue-in-cheek play on West Country sterotypes.

Tickets for the event are now on sale, however the hay bale seating is not available to book, it will come down to luck of the draw whether a guest is assigned one of the 200 hay bales to watch the game from.
