Reports tonight suggest that Kyle Hatherell will be the first to leave Worcester Warriors as staff will not be paid August wages

According to The Telegraph, the Top 14 club has agreed a transfer fee for the 27-year-old flanker allowing him to leave immediately

RUCK also understands that promising fly-half Finn Smith will secure his future by joining Premiership rivals Northampton Saints in the coming days.

Reports also suggest that Toulon are ready to offer Scotland international powerhouse Duhan van der Merwe if he were to leave Sixways while Bristol Bears, Leicester Tigers and Sale Sharks meanwhile are thought to be huge admirers of one-cap flanker Ted Hill.

Meanwhile, Saracens have been asked to prepare to face London Irish on September 10 in Brentford as a contingency if Warriors are unable to fulfil their opening Premiership fixture.

There are people within the club who no longer are on side with the owners & there is a big worry for staff over their jobs. Question make over salaries for all at the club. They want a sale of all assets but that might not be what the owners want anymore. Tax bill is big.
