Wales wing George North is set to miss their November internationals after it was confirmed he will be sidelined for at least six weeks.
North suffered the knee injury while playing for Northampton against Saracens in their Champions Cup pool opener at Franklin’s Gardens.
And a Tweet from Saints posted on Tuesday confirmed that he’d miss between six to eight weeks, which is a blow for club and country.
Wales face Australia, Georgia and New Zealand in November and South Africa on December 2 in their end-of-year matches in Cardiff.
